It sounds like fun. Whatcha need? I think between Shannon and myself, we can intimidate the H*LL outa somebody. We ain't exactly small..... /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Shannon, we could show up with the camo gear on and the bows drawn! /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif There aren't any laws against drawing a bow within city limits. As long as we don't let one fly, (into them at least) it's all legal! /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Well, check out what I won on eBay, and then try to figure out why the seller has not sent me the dang toy. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

I've been in a constant e-mail war with the seller, constantly going back and forth and every time he replies back to me, he keeps saying that he has either sent it out and has delivery confirmation, or he says he is going to resend the item. Thats evident that he is lying and still has the truck. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Today I got an e-mail from him telling me that he has repainted another toy to "replace" the one I won on the auction and will decal it tonight and send it out tomorrow.
What are the laws of not shipping the actual item you win on eBay especially after you've already paid for it? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Anyways, I'm gonna give this jerk-off a few days to see if he will ship this new truck to me or not. If he does not ship it, I would like to hear about a "CK5 gang toy recovery" thingie and would like to know if someone could trace the sellers address in the phone book, go pay him a visit, check out his toys, ask for the Bigfoot truck, turn around walk out, tell him "thatK30guy sent us to receive his truck." /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Imagine the look on his face when he realizes that the CK5 family has contacts, ALL OVER THE NATION!!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

BTW, if anyone can fetch my little toy, I will gladly pay the shipping for it. I'm already out $31.49 with the deadbeat seller. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I filed a claim thru Square Trade and so far nothing yet. I e-mailed another buyer who left a negative feedback towards this seller and asked them for their situation. Theirs was pretty much the same as mine and they also file thru ST. Said the seller just ran the 30 day time limit up and never replied. Dead case, in other words. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

This whole time I've been e-mailing back and forth with the seller, and whenever he would reply, I have clearly stated to him, that the most important fact of the matter is...I've paid for the item. Now where is my toy?

I won that auction on the 12th of January. He got the money order within 3 or 4 days after that. As of today, no truck has ever arrived at my place, and I seriously believe that no truck has ever left his place as I've asked him for a tracking number and he refuses to give me one.

Help! What can I do to get my toy or money back? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Trevor, lets put all this bickering aside and stop for a moment. I'm seriously getting tired of all this and want to move on. What I would like to know is, what will it take to get you to ship the truck out, like immediately? Do you want more money? Do you want my word for a positive feedback? What do you want? All I want is the truck.

I'm almost at the point of giving up hope. I'm just about to cave in and beg you to ship the truck and am seriously thinking of leaving you a positive feedback if I get the truck just so we can both be happy. But the longer I have to wait, the thinner my patience got. This is probably why the bickering between us has been going on.

If I can get a tracking number from you, and its guaranteed its on its way, I can promise you I will leave a positive feedback once it gets here. This is the only solution I can think of unless you want more money. Please help me settle this once and for all.

    Wes

That's what I meant. As long as we don't stick 'em it's legal. We can "aim" wherever we want....

Gee officer...I fired 3 warning shots at his head and he still didn't get the hint! /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Gotta love Tony! His nephew's an idiot, but Tony IS the show in my opinion. The FBI chick was hot though. She could cuff me any day! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
