Anybody shim their front D60?

    Where did you get your shims and they are a 3 piece set as I understand it right?

    i shimmed mine, just slapped a hunk of steel on the bandsaw and cut it at about 7*.
    i never counter shimmed the bolt heads and havent had problems yet.... 2 or 3 trips

    Anybody else? Looking to do just a 2 degree shim. Where to buy?

    Try here. He has 3,5,7,10 degree shims listed, but should be able to make you some 2 degree shims. He is also a member of ck5

    sorry, not to hijack the thread, just didnt want to start another shim thread.

    how do you figure out what shim you need? or should say the easiest way?

    i have 10" Superlift springs, move my shackle mount back like in the Tech Section, and added a set of DIY 6" shackles.

    my pinion is approx parallel with the ground with my Dana44, so when i swap in my Dana 60 im assuming thats not going to change and i would still need to correct that, right?
