To stack another talent on my giant list of somewhat usefull SKILLLZLZZORZZZ!!!1!!! I have grown fond of hand sewing

There's something primordially appealing about fixing things with few tools

    Ahhh satisfying

I fixed my pants, three pairs of my friends pants, and now I'm making birthday gifts out of scraps from my old cargos

    NEATO!

I'mm make a LAIN bear hat next!

I hand sew my Carhardts and my work boots with .035" microwire at work...it's the only thread I've found that doesn't burn. :eek1: :haha:

Good Job!! I learned the basics in bootcamp. Buttons, tears, skin. Always a good skill to have.

I'd like to get the basics done.

I have to sew patches on my most comfortable work jeans. I wonder if they'll still be comfortable after sewing them...

No one laugh , seriously . I hand sew Hackey Sacks . With leather remnants , pony beads , a leather needle , and 10 pound test fishing line . Sewing isn't hard at all .

I will if I have to but I'd rather have my own machine, used to have a nice on once but my sister stole it from me, you can fix so much more with one....:o
