Just wondering how long the drive is. Mapquest says its 350 miles but that sounds too short. THANKS!!

I have driven from Tucson to Lukeville !
There really was not much there !
I have also driven from Tucson to Der Del Sole
in Truckhaven Hills Ca. kinda on the way to San Diego.
    350 sounds about right.
    Good luck

Thanks!! I just wasn't sure about 350 miles, it seems short, especially considering some of my other road trips. It looks like we're actually going to spend the night in Gila Bend and then continue in the morning...

If I were you, I'd fuel in Yuma, and in Casa Grande... Gila bed generaly costs about 40 cents/gallon more then either of those cities, since its a `only if I'm not going to make it to the next city' type stopping point. also, do you really want to stop in gila bend? 350/75=4 1/2 hours.... 5 if you only stop for fuel, 6 if you've got a family who wants to stop and eat something along the way... :-P

at any rate, good luck with the trip,
