sure, I took it for 2 years in high school and have built numorious projects out of wood.

I built my tv/vcr stand that I used for my fish tank. I built a shoe rack too.
about a dozen or so bird houses.
    shelves and cabinets.
    gun display
    coat rack

I'm gonna be building the side panels and door pods for my burban too.

wood working, metal working and wrenching all run in my family.

Don't you need correct beaver oil to work wood properly?

...at a bare minimum you need good hand tools, but beaver oil does tend to do better... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Lets see here, a little math....1 gallon of water weighs 8.333333 lbs...hmmmmm
    2 55 gal = 110 gallons = 916.666666lbs
    2 20 gal = 40 gallons = 333.333333lbs
    1 100 gal = 100 gallons = 833.333333lbs

Add the lbs up and it equals 2080.333333lbs of just water /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

100 gallons... sweet. I always wanted a 100 gallon tank to raise oscars or arawanas (possible sp...) in. Both need LOTS of water, lots of room to run around. I had a 30 gallon tank when i was a kid, I had an oscar too... eventually he outgrew the tank and died... he was prolly 10" long. Lil big for 30 gallons. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif anyway, aquariums are always fun. If jeremy is going to build you a stand though... why not have him make a steel one? be a lighter framing system, more durable, doesnt really matter if it gets wet... and itd be easy to take apart if its major components are bolted together. just a thought.
