After screwing up my DRAC, I was standing in the garage thinking of what I could do to top that stupid move. The phone rings and it's my wife, she wants me to go car shopping with her because we've been talking about getting something bigger than our Envoy XL. I've already done one stupid thing for the day, so why break the chain? We go to the stealership looking for a used 'burb, but after looking around I realize that I can get a new one for about 8 grand more. I'm not a big believer in buying new cars, but the '07s are way better on gas and have a lot of cool **** on them. I am looking for opinions on them from anyone that owns one, works on them or has driven one for an extended period of time.

um, don't think they are IRS.

They are front coil overs though, no more torsion bars.

Besides that, yes, they are sweet rides.

Edit: From the Chevy site, 07 burb:
    Suspension, half-ton
Premium Smooth Ride Suspension Package, includes front coil-over-shock design with stabilizer bar and rear multilink design with coil springs

    Suspension, three-quarter-ton
Heavy-Duty Ride/Handling Suspension Package, includes front independent design with torsion bars and rear multistage leaf springs
