Anyone know the size of a d44 pinion ring nut????

    I need to remove my yoke on my d44 but can't seem to fing the right size socket to get the pinion ring nut off. Does anyone know?

    My 10 bolt front takes a 1 1/8" if I remember correctly. But, I think I remember reading D44's have 1 5/16" pinion nuts. Give those two a try, it should be one of 'em. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

    it is big i know that.... my tools are in storage... ( moving soon ) so cant just check but i remember it being bigger than a inch.... 1 5/16 does sound right....
