We are thinking of buying some property up there, we went and looked around last weekend and I gotta tell ya what a great lookin place. Seemed real quiet and layed back and thats what we're looking for, Battleground and Vancouver and all the other surrounding towns seem to be full... :haha: Thanks Cali guys... Anyway our property and house have doubled in value and we're thinking about cashing in and making with the hillbillyage.... :D

How about Hoquium? I have a friend selling 10 acres at the end of a dead end road off of 101... she used to sunbath nude on the back porch all the time because it was so secluded and quiet. :D Asking price is $200K though with a huge house (4000 sq ft or something like that) a garage and a decent sized shop. Some pastures are already set up for horses.

Oh, there is a good sized river across the back of the property as well. Supposed to be one of the best fishing spots in WA.

I volunteer for to help you scrutinize the pics thoroughly and make a decision on the condition of the mountains and pasture. We may have to see them in person to make a trily educated decision on the quality of the view though. :thumb:

    Rob,

Our family has 4 acres up in Oysterville (north end of the Long Beach Peninsula) - about a mile from the beach and a half mile from Willapa Bay. Awesome place and very laid back. Seems to be a throwback to the 70's.............pretty much undiscovered at this point still even after we've been going up there for 15 years. Great clamming when the season is open, can drive on the beach, and there is NO more fun place to be on the 4th of July. Beach is a war zone..................... :haha:
