Right on man. That is something I would like to do, but am just not built for. Even if I hit my healthy weight of 250lbs I am still way to big to run that kinda weight. Also my knees are so frigged up from years of abuse on the rugby and football field I can't.

    Respect, man.

When I was in the Marines we were all 'asked' to participate in a 24 hour relay run as a fundraiser for some organization. I agreed, reluctantly... That really sucked. 5 people to a team. You could run how ever long you wanted, but the goal was maximum distance for maximum funds. The track was 1/4 mile to it was decided that we would run 1 mile each time. So that meant that during the night I was able to get at most 45 minutes sleep before I had to run again. It took me a week to really recover from that event.

    I don't run anymore... ever!!!

If I have to catch somone, I have a truck, a gun and a cell phone. One of those tools will get the message across to the recipient. And the same goes for if I need to get away from someone. However, I rarely use the phone for that. Usually the truck and sometimes the gun.
