When i run into $3500, i'll let you know.

Keep the shiny side up, and the greasy side down.

I'd like to know also...I am thinking of putting either my TBI on one or maybe getting the system from a Z28/Vette and McGuyver-ing it together....I know the TBI would be simplest, but I'd sure like to have MPI....I think I can do that for under $5000....JD

I currently am running with a 383. The highlights are lots of low end torque. 'Course the cam is heart of this beast. My current cam is a custom dual profile RV grind. The numbers are fairly impressive. 427 ft/lbs @ 3200 and 407 hp at 5500. With all the bolt on stuff, headers, carb, spark box, belts and BS the package cost around 6k or so. My advise is find a shop with a dyno, have them build it, tune it and enjoy.

SVBlazer....whats the numbers on your cam? On your dyno runs did you just get the peak #'s or did they give you the entire range? I would be intrested in the dyno run #'s too if you have it.
