    That's pretty much the same principle the mud dragsters use. 3000lb truck + 100mph wheel speed, keeps you on the surface of the mud or water.

    there was a thread on pirate not to long ago where they took a ford with huge agricultural tires made adapers so it would have 8 tires so they could float it on a lake but i cant find it anymore

    that is way cool.


    This articulating 8x8 is amphibious. Its called a Rollogon. I used to ride to my work site everyday in it. something rediculous like 40,000lbs in the bed and still amphibious.
