It was a blast. except everyone kept saying the wheeling season is winding down. I thought it was just getting started.:dunno: anyway, the people out there were awesome. can't wait to meet the rest. and I can't even begin to imagine how much fun bb07 is gonna be.

Looks to me like most of the "old guys" showed up. I noticed most were saying the wheeling season is dieing down, like mentioned above. Does anybody have and idea when the newbie run #2 is?

Im dieing to learn this itch for wheeling.

Here's the short version of the days events: Nobody who ran Upper Woodpecker broke, although Disturban did peel his diff cover a bit, and Pauly got 99% of the sheetmetal damage :eek1: :doah:  The hardcore guys played in the firehole, and Marv managed to break a shaft. Others ran Highway to Hell, and several ended up limping back with assorted damage (broken Lock-Right, broken stub shaft, a few tires lost their beads, and some sheetmetal damage to the rigs that actually had sheetmetal). Once again, a good time was had by all :D

do you want to be out in the middle of nowhere, when it's 120 degrees, with little to no shade??:eek1:

that's what they mean by the wheelin season here is coming to a close, will just be too hot to go out there all day in direct sunlight with those kinds of temps...:doah:

winter time is the best time for wheelin out here...

I need an account there . Guess I will be doing that tonight . I don't have too many , we kinda burned through the trail really fast ......

......no one needed strapped , winched , or anything . Most of the guys followed my lines , and I tried every harder line I could .

It was cool seeing all the full sheet metal guys pull up to the BBQ spot, it was like old times :thumb:

Good to meet some of you new guys!

    Paul,

Excellent video and pictures. I really appreciate the pictures. Debbie and I just watched the Video and just howled laughing.

Joey had a great trip this time. He was really proud of the fact that he got to drive the "Blazer" on his own this time.

Thank for the pictures and the patience.

    Rob

    Funny thing about this :

I own another set of beater doors  I just did not mentally consider it before this trip , and I knew I wanted to try the firehole again .

    I must be crazy :wink1:
