    Jesse,
Just wanted to let you know I got the front 1350 C/V shaft you made for me. That thing is awesome! It bolted right up with no modification to my crossmember, however to get maximum droop I will have to modify the crossmember slightly.
Thanks again for the quality work.

    DP,
How much lift are you running? I also have the 1350 CV for the front and i cannot even install the shaft without modifiing the crossmember. I am assuming you have the NP241 and 700r4 combo like me. By the way i am runnning 6" lift with Hill4WheelDrive shackles. If you have some pics please post some. Thanks.

I will try to get some pics tonight. I am running 5.5" BDS springs sitting on a Dana 60 with the ORD Heavy duty shackles. So I ended up with about 7-7.5" of total lift from factory. I do have the 700R4 and a 241. The shaft bolted up with no problems. I have about 4-6" of droop before the C/V will actually touch the crossmember. The only problem I have is I get a vibration at 35mph from the front ujoint being at an angle. I have considered using shims, but do not want to jack my steering up. So I am currently living with it. I usually do not drive 35+ mph in four wheel drive due to having a very aggresive power-lock in the front that does not want to turn.
