Are these holes right?

    Looks like the inside of the box there. That side goes against the frame:crazy: I have never seen it tapped there.

    Here are a few pics of various tapped boxes. The one with the 1" mark on it can have some issues with tire rubbing. The 4th pic down is kidjethros box, and he had no issues with clearance.

    that doesnt look like a gm box to me. looks like a toyota box.

    I believe that is a Jeep box. The pics someone else posted up here are correct though.

    If you decide to go the cap route get one from JKW Offroad. He is a vendor on here and it is nice. I have one that I will be using on mine as soon as I get the time to put it on.

    His prices are very good and his parts are top notch. I chose this route to remove any possible tire clearance issues plus I did not want to drill the box I can swap caps to any steering box I use.

    Your first pics looks like you are running the hydro assist with the factory steering setup. All the searches I've done say thats a no no. Is that working ok for you. Thanks, and yeah I didnt know what vehicle that box was out of the never said, sorry my error
