Arkansas K5\'ers.....looking for info on my uncle\'s plane crash near Russellville, AK.

I normally wouldn't post this on this section, but since it's the main section most people will see it. On Saturday April 7th, my uncle's single engine Cessna 190 crashed in the mountains near Russellville, Arkansas killing him and his gf. Our family has been trying to gather as much info from news reports, websites, and what not about the accident. If any of you guys who live in Arkansas or near it can lead me to some in-depth info, I'd greatly appreciate it. I miss him very much and cry almost every day. I just would like to find some pictures and stuff. Thanks.

    Alex

I asked my brother and he said he heard about it. Were they headed to Florida from Kansas City(that's what he thinks he heard)?

Yeah my uncle was headed to Lakeland, Florida for an airshow. Thank you guys so much. Things are going to be hard, but we are all doing a lot better. Thanks again. Those were some good stories too.

On the NTSB's web site you can get the final report on the crash. The site is http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/query.asp From here you can do a search of the NTSB's entire database of aviation accidents. If the accident only happened a few days ago, there probably won't be any information about it yet. When the case closes it shoud get posted. Sorry to hear about your loss, I am a pilot myself and I know how it is to lose someone like that. A friend of my was killed about 4 months ago around the Colorado Springs area. I hope this information helps you.
