Art Carr Transmissions--Who\'s the orginial company?

I went to google and looked up their website and I got 2 different companies one in Texas and the other one in California. Does anybody know which one is which or are they both the same? /forums/images/icons/confused.gif /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

The person that knows where to find the real Art Carr is James Watson at ORD.
