I changed the channel in the top of the 13th...Then changed the it back for the last out in the 14th. I quit counting how many chances they had to take the lead :(

I don't think it's so much the Astros are pathetic. I think it's more that the White Sox are THAT good. They're a real deep ballclub with lots and lots of talent in most, if not all, positions.

Totally agree about the White Sox. They've been tearing it up this year. BUT...the Astros had WAAAAAAY too many oportunities to score and didnt.

I'm afraid I have to agree with you. Even though I've been a Braves fan since I was 10, I'm becoming more of a Red Sox backer with every passing year.

    Yeah but the Yankees suck.

Tonight the Astros get swept into the dust pan and throw out. Go Sox!

I think, after watching Around The Horn today on ESPN (sports analysts BSing with each other) that the Astros manager was practically asking to have his pink slip handed to him last night. I agree, he did the wrong thing by dissing and deep-sixing his own team like he did last night during the after-game press conference. Sure, tell your team they stink and have no talent! That'll get 'em fired up! Yeah right. The only thing I saw that as doing was destroying his team's morale. There may be some Astros players now who'll be ashamed to show their faces to him tonight, and depressed to even show up at the ballpark.
