    was a thread on it a while ago, very good book, it will change the way you look at life, i just finished my copy and will be sending it to can-can shortly.

    Yep, I found the thread, I'm definitely going to get the book now.

    Has anyone ever read Godel, Escher, Bach by Hofstandter? I've been trying to chew through that book.. its quite a challenge.

    I heard Neil Boortz talking about that book about 5-6 years ago on the radio. I have never read it but it sounds like something that should be made into a movie so all could see it. Isn't about lots of big corporations shutting down b/c taxes are so high, and then money runs short for all the social programs or something?????????????

    I read, DRUDGE I think, somebody in Hollyweird is trying to start-up Atlas Shrugged or Fountainhead, don't remember which; look for it in theaters not soon.
    We got some sharpys in here at CK5.:D

    actually i just finnished the silence of the lambs series. red dragon,etc. OH and they were better than the movie.:haha: :haha:

    And as the Sun pings it's way through the east facing walls, it finds a familiar face lifting from the keyboard. No longer distracted in the pursuit of the gas machine, but spinning to the shear order of magnitude of the horizons. Drunk and hungover simultaneous.
