I just got some front bucket seat covers and am trying to figure out the best way to attach them. There is a plastic flap on the backside of the cover that is supposed to go between the seat and seatback to attach the hold-down straps to. On K5's, there isn't a gap between the back and seat. It seems that they are connected and I can't get the flap to go through. As I have them now, the back of the cover kind of arches down toward the front of the seat and looks like crap. I want it to be tucked in and follow the contours of the seat.
Has anyone ever ran into this problem before?
