What is the suggested capacity of transmission fluid for a TH700R4? I've looked all over my Haynes repair manual and I can't find a suggested capacity anywhere. I've already put in 4 quarts put I didn't get a chance to check it because it was dark. I'll check the level tomorrow morning.

    It depends what you did.
If yourebuilt it, it takes about 13-14qts
If you are changing fluids and filter, it takes about5-6qts or even 7 if you let it drain overnight.

I just changed the fluid and filter. I added about 4 quarts and the level seems to be ok. thanks.
