So, I don't normally remember my dreams but this one stood out enough to remember.

It starts out that Im in Safeway across the street and I overhear that the old man that lives down the block passed away and they are going to have an estate sale. So I walk down the to his old house and up his driveway thinking maybe i can offer my condolences and get first grabs at some of his stuff.

As I round his house to the garage side I see in the garage an old M1009, A 1972 Blazer and some 2nd gen long-bed K10. So I immeadiatley change course and go straight to the garage. The M1009 has flat tires and is up on jack stands, but looks almost complete. The 1972 is next to it and missing it's engine/transmission. The pickup isn't actually in the garage, but next to it and is equally as run down.

So, I start looking around the m1009 and the garage in general when the son of the man comes in. He asks if he can help me with something and I tell him I live down the street and offer my condolences and say something about his father having some nice trucks.

He says nobody else in the family is a car person and they're going to sell the house, but he has no idea what to do with all the vehicles. I tell him that I would be more than happy to take them off his hands and he says "Really? Alright, take anything you want in the garage. If you want I can help you move them down to your house as payment for taking them away for us."

Here I was thinking, maybe I could haggle him down to $400 or something. But now he's giving them to me! I immeadiatly agree and start thinking of what I'm going to do with it all. Fix up te M1009 and make it my wheeler with the parts from my truck, Restore the '72 and put it on 33" tires and cruise around in it. Then part out my old K10 and the newly acquired K10.

I woke up shortly afterwards..... but talk about a nice dream, huh? :D

I dreamed that one of my friends was on national TV for some academic award. Except they put a sketched picture of him (like one of those novelty things they sell that are grossly exaggerated) on TV instead of his picture.

Your dream was eleventeen times cooler.

Yeah, I was aware that it was a dream. I kept thinking that maybe if I thought hard enough the lame K10 outside would become a K30 or something with a D60 and possibly a big block.

    Guhh.... my dreams are..... strange...

If I wrote them down completely every night, I could turn out a short story collection per month.

The closest thing I've ever had to a nightmare was the hellpig swamp den basement atrocity.

I killed so many things. The rats were everywhere, slimy and slick, the pig tried to eat me, and I pumped it's head full of lead, and it SMILED AT ME!
