Looking for advice on this axle if you would run it or not. It appears to me that the bearing has spun on the axle shaft itself. The groove is enough to feel with your finger nail. My problems are:

1 I need my spare axles up and running for an upcoming run.

2 I am going X-over soon here and wanted to switch out my axles.

So should I wait and get an axle in better condition or would it be ok to run?

    Thanks Shane

Sorry Can't figure out the picture thing yet they come out small and with no pics!!!

Is that a for a spare or the one you are going to run in your truck? If it is a spare you can run it in a pinch. The worst thing it would probably do is possibly take out the spindle bearing which isn't a huge deal. It is easy to replace if it gets messed up.

File/sand down the burs and it will work great as a spare. Contact Rob when he gets back for an extra stub (I know he has more than he can use)

Like Matt said, I've got more than my share of spares on the stub shaft. Just PM me and you can come down and we can hook you up, or I will bring one up with me if I make the run next weekend.
