axle swap ?s

    finish my axle swap the other day front 10bolt and rear 14bff w/ 4.10s over the 3.08s and all I can say is what a difference. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif my question is now that its finish the front seens to be riding rough as hell and doesnt want to flex as much, did I tighten something to much or what? 2nd thing the streering wheel wierd now normally tires straight it look like this (--) now (l) its driving me nuts can see speedo any ideas how to get it back to normal?

    well for the riding rough and not flexing im not sure. but you can adjust the draglink and that will recenter yur steering wheel.

    hmm. . . back off on those lower bushings on your shacklers if you took them off or the uppers or. . . . your driveshaft may be too long preventing pinion travel, in which case you need to get a new one NOW before you rip your whole drivetrain apart.
