UPDATED W/ DATE/TIME - New Post for "Canadian Invasion" Wheelin' Trip

Allright..... My work, personal life.... right shoulder & back have been all ****ed up lately, so I haven't been pro-active about this weekend at all....:(

But all that's changin' and here goes!....

What are we gonna do w/ these Northern Guys? :dunno:

Looks like Sunday (1/30) is the date....
    Want Table Mesa?
    Want Florence?
    Who's up?
    Who's not?

Things to think about before making your decision:
    1) Last time we went to Table Mesa and did "Raw Deal"
    2) May be some restrictions @ both areas due to water levels.
    3) .... how much bigger are Dolly's than Pam's :dunno:

I should be in with 1 seat open. I would prefer TM because it is closer for me, but I am willing to go to Florence again if needed. That is assuming I don't break something in the next couple weekends.

The only problem with TM is the fact that the rigs with 1 or 0 lockers are restricted to Raw Deal for the most part. Most of the other trails require 2 lockers, especially if they are wet. I am up for running Raw Deal again if we need to. That doesn't bother me, but I would like to run another trail that day then too. Maybe Lower Terminator, Predator, whatever.

I have not been to Table Mesa before. If there is water to cross, I will need to rig up some working dif breathers. Mine seem to have disappeared.:dunno: Had a good time with you guys on the last outing. Might as well see if I can scratch up some more stuff?:hack:

If we go to TM there will definitly be water to cross unless we only run Raw Deal. There will probably be water in Raw Deal too and it could be deep in some of the pools so I would rig up the breathers. I just got finished rigging up my rear breather about 10 minutes ago.

I am in for the 30th. I won't have a seat this time (the misses will be making an appearance:woot:). I want to run TM since I haven't been there all season. I know raw will be runable, and the water should be low enough to get to teminator (athough that trail is easily a wet one).

Either way the open guys are limited to raw at TM or woodpecker at FJ.

In the other thread I was talkin about maybe the White Tanks? That would be the closest for the Air Force crowd and it's somewhere we all haven't been to as a group. Again, however, we will be wherever the general consensus decides.:D

I'm in and up for whatever trail. Although I think we should give the Canadians a different trail this time (as long as water levels allow). Can't wait.

Wow, you guys are totally awesome! I really appreciate the response to this for us! I wish some of you guys could make it up here so we could return the favor!

As far as my input goes, distance from the base doesnt concern us. We have rentals that are allowed anywhere except out of state. (as long as the van doesnt end up with rocker damage!
Trail, doesnt concern me either. Besides me, there may be one guy that was there last year, so even if its a repeat of last years Raw Deal run, it will be awesome! :waytogo:

    Thanks again!

Time / Place / for Canadian Trip... Eh..!

    Ok,

Based on the response, here goes:

    Date: Jan 30 - Sunday
Time: Meet there @ 8:30 am
    Trail: Lower Terminator

This trail requires 2 hard Lockers. I saw a guy go thru it w/ an open front end once:ignore:... and it took a lot of work. I'm sure there will be some open seats for any photographers. For the "full bodied sheet metal" crowd - Terminator has 1 nasty spot that WILL eat your driver's side door/rocker panel. Matt has said that there may be a bypass around it by now.... but I'm not sure. Worst case, you can turn around and go back out the entrance - as there IS room to U-turn in the middle of the trail.

Be there or be..... .... um... er... somewhere else!:haha:

I am there, and for the 30th I should have one seat open. One locker can do it but it isn't as clean and an open rig can make it to the z-turn.

Slight dings and dents OK , rockers already banged up . There I said it . Michelle is gonna have to live with this truck eventually being all dinged up , but still be complete and capable camper . One hard locker and some gumption will be there . If you guys think I won't be a drag for ya'll :D
