    I do that all the time with fajitas. They taste great! You have to grill the meat and veggies first. Then I slice up the meat and put it on a big ol' flour gordita and as the gordita heats up, I add the salsa, cheese, and veggies. Fold over the gordita, flip once or twice. Top off with sour cream, Guac-o-moley, and salsa.. wham! You got yerself a grilled fajita! Yummmmmmmy!!!! It makes for some good eats I tell ya!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
