    Well, brothers, after 3 months of laziness and general gluttony, the ol' body is in need of a little tune up. So I decided to start back up on my "lean out" program, starting today. The first week is the toughest, and the first night of cravings are something awful.

    Last time, Corey and his wife were very successful on this very program. Who wants to join me this time around?

    After Xmas/Mexi feast and new years it'll be time to drop the xtra 6 pounds I gained...:doah: And sober up for a few days...:haha:

    Lean out? So you're gonna put in some different jets or get the computer to decrease the amount of fuel being injected?

    Yup. Readjusting the computer to burn off the stored fuel a little faster.

    I lost almost 40 lbs in 4 1/2 months last time around. I only need to shed about 10-15 this time. It should be gone by the end of January if I behave.

    Well with wearing more cloths lately I have noticed that I need to lose some. Now to see what Carolyn says.........

    I'm eating a boiled egg. :rotfl:

    You can eat quite a bit of food on this program, as long as it's the right stuff. You can eat LOTS if you work out regularly. Notice I called it a program, and not a diet. Diets slow your metabolism down, whereas this sucker speeds it right up.

    I lost 57 lbs the last time. I think I only need to lose like 57 lbs this time:whistle:

    well, I would, but I don't think I'll have the time to once January rolls around, not the work out portion anyway.

    Can it be done with just the eating portion of the program? :D

    Actually, the food you eat(and don't eat) is about 75% of the whole deal. Working out just helps speeds things up- even 30 minutes of walking every day can make a big difference.
