The past 2 months I have been repairing my leaking NP241 Transfer case and a cracked rear pump housing....all of this included taking the electronic speed sensor out of my 700r4 ( that the GM dealership said is really a electronic version 4L60??) Anyway I got all of this fixed and the wife got me a early Xmas present "remote K5 starter" (damn thing won't fit in the garage) WELL....twice in 3 days when I took it for a ride the speedometer has not worked ( not to mention the Odometer)what I'm wondering is it the speed sensor or did the remote start somehow mess this up?? I had to spray it with brake parts cleaner to clean all the ATF off..would that cause it to CRAP the BED??
