Here it is: Vibration (mostly felt in the wheel) between 45 and 65 mph in my stock '89 w/ 32x11.50x15's. New u-joints installed w/ no results. Assuming tire/wheels are all balanced, what else is there? My ball joints need attention, but would they be capable of causing such vibes?

if the tire fits....it's too damn small

Could be a number of things: busted motor mount, busted trany mount, bent rim, might have lost a tire weight on the trail, could be a separated tire and might have bent the drive shaft. If the vibration is reduced above 65mph or so sounds like tires.

From what I've heard, yes, your ball joints can cause that vibration. I'd start there.

Thanks for the help guys! I'll start w/ balancing the shaft then do the ball joints. I'll keep you posted.
