    You have wheels to go?????????????????????

I could possibly be persuaded to ride shotgun with someone, just would have to sit down and study the feasibility, i.e. $$$$$$$$$$$ of making the trip. I could supply the tunes via XM :D

    BRB,
You could go with me, but I am out of seats, of course unless you and the wife want to fight it out  . I can't seem to stir anyone up that is going local or in the state much less. I guess I will be making the drive with just the wife and I :dunno: .

Johnboy, you are welcome to come along, but figured you could not get the time off. If we can figure a way to fit 2 rigs on a 25" trailer you can even have a transport to and from, of course helping on fuel, diesel is getting expensive.

    John,
We are leaving here the morning of Sept 28, driving from here to Denver and staying the night in a hotel. The next day we are driving from Denver to Moab and camping for the weekend. The general plan is to leave there on the morning of Tuesday Oct. 4 and take the same route back, and be home on the night of the 5th. I took of the 28th-8th so I had some time to relax when I got home.

I have talked to people that have gone in the past, it is actually cooler there than here. I understand the average high is about 80* and lows for that time of the year is in the 50's. So need need to worry about being too hot.

Hey Krennen, if you don't have any special reason for going to Denver I would definitly not recommend going that way to Moab. It would be a hell of alot cheaper to take I40 to Gallup, New Mexico, exit 21, shoot North on highway666 to Moab. Why I say cheaper is due to price of fuel on 40 is about 30 cents cheaper, the hills on 40 are smaller then the mountains on 70, and the distance is about 150 miles shorter. From here to Gallup is a 9 hour drive, Gallup to Moab is a 4 hour drive. Thought I'd pass that on to ya.
