So Shawn tell me what you like about BDS spring packs?
Would I have any advantages in swaping out my front 4" Rancho spring packs for a set from BDS?
    What do ya think?

Ed70K5 was asking about BDS so I thought I'd let everyone know. The BDS springs flex well and are softer than my old Skyjackers. I also like the warranty. This is their warranty:

    BDS NO FINE PRINT WARRANTY:
IF YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF ANY BIG DICK'S PRODUCT AND IT BREAKS -
WE WILL GIVE YOU A NEW PART. PERIOD.

As far as swapping out your Ranchos, I wouldn't unless you got a hole burning in your pocket...

And just a little extra info to those who are interested. Got an email from Glen and they now have 8" front and rear springs available for the Blazer/Jimmy as well.

The only BDS suspension I ever saw was on a YJ and it was stiffer than a buckboard! This thing can hardly put a wheel up in the air about 12" before the rear tire lifts.

Hopefully the Blazer lifts will be different.

    Mike-
The BDS springs are softer than my old Skyjacker Softrides. Alcan springs are another favorite of mine along with Tuff Country.

I have always been a Superlift fan, no offense. Although I see some of there springs have a made in Indonesia sticker on them. That discourages me. BEfore they were made in Canada which isn't bad, but Indonesia is! Hopefully they aren't switching to that and it will go back to the Canada made springs!

I like Superlift too. BDS is made in Canada but it's just a matter of time that all springs will be made in China.

True, I just hate to see it happen! Both my front Superlift springs say "Made in Canada" on them. When my brothers springs came, one said Canada and the other said Indoniesa. I guess we'll have a side by side comparison!!!
