    John,

You can get the 8-bolt hummer rims for $50 each in Limon, CO. They just need to be recentered. I know there's a place in Denver that did some rims for Butch & 4x4 Iron & they said they;s do my rime for another $100 each. That'd be $150 each for recentered Hummer rims. Not too bad. If you email me, I'll reply with the contact info.

    Mark,
where in limon can you get the hummer wheels? I am debating running them with the wide axles uncentered, and want to know a good place to get them,a nd that sounds great to me!

Easy to find. They deal in military vehciles, kinda like Boyce. The owner been bidding along with boyce for years.

BTW, you can run the hummer rimes unrecentered if you use dually axles. I've thought of doing that except you can't convert dually rears to disc brakes.

Mostly bias plys, but some radials.

Also has the Michelins, but they are 20".

Most tires are $25-$50 each, depending on tread. They will also exchange if it's a bad tire & won't hold air or bead.

If anyone wants to head down there, let me know. I'd be up for a trip. Not sure how to hook up as the quickest way for Denver guys is to just take I-70 S/E to Lamar.

I'd be up for the trip. My participation is on a day by day basis as I have a snowplow route that I need to be heer for if weather requires. Then again, if it looks bad enough to be here for plowing, maybe it wouldn't be a good day to go anyway /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Just let me know, Bo (go the name right this time) /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Also, if we went out through Limon, we could stop by & bug Chevyracing. I'm sure he'd be glad to see us all (or not) /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif
