Ok, I got a 14 ff 4.56 geared open carrier. One of the carrier bearings is spinnong on the carrier. we be talking about the part of the bearing that is pressed on and is nor supposed to spin.

    How bad is this???????

It is bad. but don't go nut's. I would try another bearing. If the new bearing spins, then you will need a new carrier, or have that one repaired. It will be alot cheaper to replace the carrier. What style was it? open, posi, or locker? original gm gears?

your right. I don't understand the jeep thing!

Its a spare open big carrier for the 14 FF. It has a 4.56 gear on it that has some serious wear.
