    What is the best think to use to replace the vinal covered cardboard on the sides of the bed? I was thinking aluminum diamond plate. Any suggestions?

    Jeff, muddytazz, makes some cool diamond tread plate panels for burbs. Might be able to make some for blazers as well. He is also in Oregon so you wouldnt even need to ship anything.

    side panels are overrated, just pullem and toss em.

    I would pull them, but i have 2 and 3 year old boys, who climb around the truck. I want somethign to help reduce the dust and noise while they are in.
