    Stuffed a 1/4 cow in my freezer. Be careful openning cause chances are stuf will fall on ya. Time to light the BBQ!

    my wife's father is a cattle farmer. we get 1/3 of a cow every once in a while. ahhhhhhh nothing like the smell of red meat on the grill while sitting back drinking a VERY cold beer.............you know when it has those little pieces of ice in it :bow: ................man I'm ready to go home. :(

    we always buy a hind quarter. my dad used to buy a 1/2 a cow.:eek1: we had to leave that at the butchers though WAY to big.:bow:

    I get 1/2 a cow a year from work but I can't use that much so made a deal with a guy if he paid for all the processing he could half of my ration so we each got a 1/4 cow, large cow at that, and i didn't have to pay for anything. Next time you get this way Mike I'll get ya some if you want, I have more than enough

    My uncle has a huge cattle ranch outsideo of Elko, NV in the Ruby Valley. Everytime I go out there, my intestines bind up like a stick in the bicycle spokes because I eat so much beef. But I likes it............
