Missed the cleanup because my truck didn't cooperate . Missed the forest service meeting because my mind was on my wife , her father is in the hospital .

Hopefully this next week or two gets better for everyone .

All the best to your Father-in-law.

It is a weird week here as well. We packed the labs and the offices today - everything is pretty empty except for a few pieces of equipment that stay. An empty lab feels pretty weird...

Glad to hear he's coming home Pauly, hospital stays are not fun.

You have no choice on the getting old thing, that's what I tell my bald patch every night. :D

Apparently , tonight was the night . And upon fetching him , he is very appreciative of all the stuff the wife and I do for them . He gave me a shotgun . I don't know what the hospital did to him , but I like his new outlook :waytogo:

:rotfl: At least something good came of it then.

Best wishes for your family, Pauly. Did you get your truck straightened out?

Everythings worked out pretty good . Father in law is in better spirits . I figured out most of my truck problem was a locking hub engaged :doah:

    And I scored a 1999 Vortec Sub for 600 bucks .

I was going to sell it , now thats its home , I kinda like it . I am going to fix the flexplate/torque converter issue , and use it .

I deserve it I guess , I let a lot of good things pass me up at times .
