I have $50 right now... not enough to last me till Monday.

    Today I found the following:

1986 Chevy 1-ton 4x4 Dually crew cab 6.2 Diesel TH400/205, Dana60/70, straight and clean, newer tires , rebuilt tranny, excellent shape $3500 obo

    1987 Chevy 1-ton 4x4 Crew Cab 454/TH400/205 runs and drives $1800

    1978 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 truck for parts $300

1975 Chevy 4x4 1/2 ton shortbed with straight body and 4" lift, just needs a motor, $300

Four 39.5x18x16.5" Boggers with low tread, all four for $150

I should have known better than to have taken a break to look at for sale ads.

If I had the money I'd buy them all and sort them out later, try to make a few bucks in the process, and keep a few parts.

Selling a Dana 60 is a good idea in theory, but in the past when I've been hard up for money I tell everyone who wants a 60 from me about it, and have even advertised one once. No calls, and everyone I know says they want it but dont have the money.

As it is my friend had one here for sale in my driveway and despite everyone who has wanted one, when they were informed that one was here available they just disappeared like they didn't want a 60. So he ended up selling it for $900 today to a local 4x4 shop.

Now he's going to get the Shortbed tomorrow, I'm going to run my $50 over to the guy selling the shortbed hold it until he gets the cash to pay the rest of it.

I called on the '87 Crew Cab and it already sold and the ad just came out today.
