I had to replace my water pump on my truck and in the box with my pump there was a slip of paper explaining how your Serpentine belt tensioner needs to be in good condition or it could give you all sorts of problems with the wear on parts effected by the belt. Well how in the world can you test your tensioner to see that it is giving proper tension. Is there a gage or something you can use to test the belt or is eyeballing it is safe? Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

i replaced mine like 2 years ago It was making noise's and moving up and down to much. I just watched it doing this and so i went to autozone and got another one and put it on and it was fine. /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif www.zombieoffroading.8m.net
