I'm tired of this glossy black paint that needs to be waxed and I damn sure don't know how to wax. So I wanna sand it down and then paint the ugliest flat black or charcoal paint, but it has to be tough.. Whatdya think?

Implement paint works great. Sticks to dirty/unprepped surfaces, doesn't scratch/stain, and is cheeeeeaaaap.

Check out the 2nd Gen forum (or Garage, can't remember) --- there was a topic recently about flat black paint. Pretty good info in that topic.

The 72 Blazer I used to own was a puke green wheen I bought it. I went primer grey with it. Primer grey looked real good.
