Can there ever be another band like them. ?? There were groups in that era that were true 'super groups' as they were called over here. No bands these days ever come close to being as spine tingling awesome as Led Zep etc.

your right mark.there are some groups that come close but all these MADE groups were thin quick. lots o one hit wonders.i listen to new stuff all the time so i'm not stuck in the past its just there are very few holy s**t that was great bands now.i found a FOUR HORSEMEN cassete last week. and it was kinda cool to listen to it. but any group that has songs 30+ years old and they still make you want to drive fast is amazing. remember FOGHAT? fool for the city, slow ride, etc. as far as AC DC whole lotta rosy is cool but i've heard the rest to many times.

Darrius rucker and hootie and the blowfish did "hey hey what can i do." Im a huge led zeppelin fan, and i am a fan of hootie and the blowfish too, and i think their version rocks. Never as good as the original but very good.

That whole Encomium album is pretty damn good, almost all good Zep covers.

One of the stupidest things I ever said was telling my wife when we first started dating that "Hey, Hey, What Can I Do" reminded me of her.:haha: :haha:

I just meant the song itself, not the content of the lyrics, she printed them up and was like "WTF? You think I'm a bar slut??!!":doah: :doah:

Know what you mean. There are very few albums I can listen to and love every minute of it. Things like Frampton Comes Alive, UFO's Strangers in the Night get played as much as my Zep stuff but nearly everything else I listen to I end up skipping tracks (don't you just love CDs!!)
