    Hey guys.. is there a site like ck5 but for chevy street trucks? i want to get into one for next year.. late 70's early 80's 2wd chevy... so what are the best sites for them? any one know? thanks

    i'm with divorced, when it comes to 2wd Chevy trucks of any vintage, not even CK5 can compete with that site. wish they'd let me back in :(

    Hey, c'mon now that was my high school ride. it was like 10 different colors when i got it. Good luck finding another 2wd k-5. they are pretty rare.

    there's actually been 2 that popped up on my way to work the last couple weeks, only 2 i've seen around here in years.

    There is one not far from where I live in some guys yard along with about 20 other old trucks. It's on blocks and looks to be missing the engine/tranny. I wouldn't waste my time on one, no front diff or t-case is pointless to me.

    I saw one in a junkyard last week too, only other one i have seen in about three years. it was an 81 too. 82 was the last year of the 2wd k-5

    my uncle had an 82 back in the day with a 327 and a muncie 4 speed in it. fun little ride from what i remember.

    that k5 looks great.. just dont like the showtruck paint graphics...

    :haha: That's funny, because I painted that with a roller and rustoleum paint from Home Depot! I think it cost about 50 or 60 bucks:haha:

    really? haha well hey hell of a good job w/ that paint then.. i was more talking about the style of graphic w/ the points going up and stuff... not a fan but awesome! im all about spray can jobs.. ppl dont believe me when i tell them mines a spray can! haha
