From what Ive heard from my buddies that do rockcrawling, they are some of the best tires available for such. Do not take them on the pavement though, as the compound is very soft and sticky, and will wear away VERY fast.

Krawlers are awesome! There are 2 versions: blue label (soft) and red label (very soft). When you order the 4th, make sure you get the right one.

I love my krawlers. They do fine on the road. Blue label.

I checked all over for my spare and best price I found was Wal-Mart. Zero shipping charge and it was about 375.00.

I thought the reds were competition only, and not available except through a couple of sources (i.e. BFG directly with a sponsorship).

That doesn't mean they didn't end up at an auction. Comp. teams sell their tires all the time.

I looked all over the tires themselves and could not find any indicator. The label on the tire is blue and white and the item 3 for the blue label is 51716 not sure if that is the 4 wheel parts # or not. Also on the inside of the tire it does say DOT approved. I'm not sure if the red label is.

They are the Blue Label tires. Red label are not DOT approved.
