Anyone have the link to where I might see the rumored new BFG Mud tire? Availability too?

    Have you checked out http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com?

BFG's been promising 37 inch tires and lots of other cool stuff for several years now, but I've yet to see them. [IMG] I did read that they're about to come out with a 37, but for 17 inch rims. Don't ya know that those will be expensive!!!

A while back (3 or four months) I thought I saw a picture of a redesigned Mud Terrain. Anyone remember?

The new design appears to only be available in the new 37x12.50x17 so far. Look up that size on their web site. They have a picture there.

That's the Baja T/A that they make for race trucks. I went to a BFG dealer to get a price on them and they said their cost was $425 each and then they still had to mark them up. They are a really cool tire but that's pretty pricey. I have a pic of the new MT's and they look pretty good. They're finally siped on the center lugs and every other outer lug overhangs the sidewall a little bit like boggers, but not quite as much. The lugs are slightly different shapes but you have to look pretty close to notice it. Supposedly they have a new compound for them that gets better traction but still gives long tread life. I'm planning on getting 35's or 37's when they finally come out but I don't want to think about how expensive they're going to be. The AT KO's were a lot more than the regular AT's when they first came out so these will probably be about the same.

BFG's prices are getting out of hand. The new "35" for 16 inch rims (I think it's something like a 315/75R16) is going for $198 each. Way more than the same size for a 15 inch rim. [IMG]
