I went out with the club for Labor Day weekend. 2 days of wheelin. We did some prety good black diamond trails. As usual people were doubting the Sub. It did well on every trail and I even did some that the others wouldn't do.

Here's a link to the pics:

Rock on Bro. Is that up in holcomb valley up by the miners and the campground? I used to camp up there when I was a kid. I never realized there were so many good trails that way. Have you ever done the old back road from crestline / valley of enchantment to silver wood? I used to live up there and that old road used to get petty hairy. Talk to you later. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

It's in the Lake Silverwood to Big Bear area. My plan is to do all the Black diamond trails in the area. Right now I have a Jeep guy telling me I wont make it through the John Bull trail. I'll have it done by the end of the year. I also plan on doing parts (if not all) of the Rubicon next year. Again another Jeep guy is telling me that I wont make it. We'll see. /forums/images/icons/mad.gif

When you say comming home do you mean California? If so you need to be one of the Big Dawgs!

Yeah I mean California. I'm originally form LaVerne out near Pomona. I probably will never get stationed back there but it's still home to me.

I'm from Chino, but I'm stationed at Camp Pendleton right now. Let me know next time you come home for leave. You can always ride along on one of our trips.
