Hey yall, Has anyone got a book of suffix codes for 454's. I just picked up a block for $125 and the casting matches up (3999289 454 2- or 4-bolt), but the stamping I can't seem to find anywhere( T0615XCH) If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it:doah:

The T means truck and to my knowledge isn't listed in any of the chiltons or motor manuals but maybe mortec has a listing for it?

That engine was born in Tonawanda on June 15 .

OK , been a while , had to check on the Chevelle board I belong to . Everyone there seems to believe XCH was an over the counter long block suffix code , they seem to agree on LS7 blocks being xch , and LS6 being xaa . Not installed in a car , just bought over the counter in a crate .
