I just got my truck running again today and when I went to reverse, I got a huge "clunk!" When I went to drive there was no noise, the truck shifted as normal. Any ideas what might cause this. The tranny is a T350, 203 case, 12 bolt rear, 44 front. Any help would be great!

What should I look for in the U-joints? How do I check them? I haven't really had that much experience with them.

Make sure they don't have any movement. Just grab the driveshaft near the u-joint and try to move it. It shouldn't move.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate. I'm gonna tackle that tomorrow. Well, that and cleaning my truck.
