Are you refering to the front shackels???
If so I would recomend getting the http://www.offroaddesign.com heavy duty shakels!!
They come with 1/2" bolts and poly bushings too!!
I did it to my 72 and it was very simple swap in!!
Just don't do what I did, when removing the old rubber that has been there sence 72 becareful when prying them out NOT to stab yourself with the screwdriver[IMG]!! I did and now I have a scar(one of many from the K5) to remind me of that day![IMG] For 60bucks It was well worth the upgrade!

My axle narrowing buddy says that Dorman makes a 1/2 inch replacement stud to replace the 7/16"ers, he is trying to find the part number, and said he called around and could not find them, they're pretty scarce. I told him to give me the part # and I would find them. When he gives me it, I will post it here. They supposedly have the same knurl diameter as the 7/16"ers, so you don't have to drill your hubs.
