What is the biggest tire I can run without a lift, and without rubbing? 33's maybe?

'86 K-5 all stock for now.

I've got 33's with no lift, but they're on the factory 8 inch rims. From what I've read if you go with 10 inch rims then you're gonna need a lift. All the fitment charts that I've seen say 2.5 inches or more.

I will try the 33's, since they are going to be on factory rims for a little while. When I get my lift, I will go with wider wheels.
    Thanks,

As long as you stay with the factory rims and keep the tires in the fender wells you should be ok. I have 10" rims and 33's with a 2.5" lift and they rub while flexing with the swaybar still attachted(SP?).
