BCG 1 will be there @ Rawhide as well. He's been around the pitting game quite a while. You'll likely learn a lot form those two.
Ask "One" what "BCG" stands for. :D

crap didnt see this in time to ask him what it meant. we picked him up on the way. cool guy. aparently i'm now known as "pop tart" to all the guys haha..

we only had two guys come into the pits. 1 for gas and the other to change a spare tire on the back of his truck. the buggy that needed gas was a nightmare...you should ask rocket or one...

howd you guys do? did you even make it to rawhide?

We finished. Not sure of placement. Lost ~1.5 hrs to a roll at RM 6 That alternate driver will not likely ever drive the truck again. My 2 friends & I bailed out of Reno for home b4 the official finishing announcement was made.

I didn't go to Rawhide, closest I got was Luning and then by-passed up to Top Gun. By the time we got re-fueled in Hawthorn it was a 90+ mph run to TG to beat the race truck there!

Tried to raise Nikki on the radio as we drove past Test Range. No answer on the Goodyear freq or either LMc freq. Oh well.....

there was some issues with the goodyear and LM freq.s not to metion another truck using the same freq. and reporting every single mile marker...talk about annoying!!!

suck bout the roll, but glad you guys finished.

I couldn't get anyone to even respond. We were rolling thru on the hiway past Test Range and I tried both LMc freqs and the GY relay freq. Oh well, was only a small problem & we caught it at our next pit.
Learned yesterday that we placed 5th. Not bad for the truck's 4th race by this owner. The roll may push the owner into buying the Pro-Truck that he really wanted. That would suck, might have to move to PHX area......
    :D
