I was curious how many are planning to attend this year.

Unfortunately, the odds of me making it are pretty slim. Our new baby is due the week before the Bash. If he comes a couple of weeks early, then I might make it. Works pretty good now that I have a lot of family out there to visit, and they'll be anxious to see the new baby.

I don't care what kind of truck you have, it's worth the trip. There isn't one of the Colorado Crew that I've wheeled with that wouldn't have fun in Moab. You don't need lockers and 35"+ tires.

Here's some good reading on Sheetmetal Gang adventures @ the Bash:

    You all just gotta go!

I know that jiminycricket will be there.

I will be there for sure. I took two weeks off. The week before and after so I can prep the cherry bomb. I will have a healthy small block by then and the week after to get it fixed up enough to drive or trailer it home:o If needed.:doah:

John, I know you'll love it!

I knew I could count on Nate, he's too close not to.

Nick, you could always borrow one of my alpacas. :haha:

We know you can't be relied upon to get any good video! :tongue1:

You need to get my Pops talked into going. At least he could ride with you or something. He's going to have that new clutch to test out anyways.

When B_to_C was having death wobble it ended up being the tires.

Before I did hydro assist my irocs were happy at 10psi. I put 25 psi in them so that I could drive on the highway to a trail and got instant death wobble. The hydro kicks butt, it is the best steering stabilzer you can get( no death wobble ever). Of course the assist is just masking worn out parts but it does stop the wobble.

Does the wobble go away once you get up to speed? Cause if it does I would say the ball joints are bad.

On the road I run my swampers at the recommended 35 psi. On trail runs I drop them to 8 psi. As soon as they get warmed up and round again they are smooth as glass, :):) well maybe not that smooth. I've run it at 70 mph for short distances but settles in nicely at 60 mph. The thing that I enjoy the most is the 12 to 14 miles per gallon and that 305 seems to just hum along. I won't have been at my new job long enough to ask for extra time off in Oct. But by 2007 I think I might be up for BB, I still have a lot to learn about my driving abilites. I think that most of the time I know what I'm doing, but at other times I'm not sure! Perhaps if you were to beg real nice son I might consider letting you take the "blue thing" over there but if you break it you fix it! :):)
