Below is a link to some pictures of my blazer with the rear lifted in the rear and completely stock in the front. Its halarious! This was right outside my apartment. Im a 20 year old college student lifting my blazer in the carport of my apartment complex! Its a little awkward, but Im making the best of my space. Check out the pictures. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif (Keep in mind, the shocks weren't bolted on yet in these pictures.)

I guess that is one way to make sure you can see over the hood.

By the way. what gearing is in the rear axle the you took off? I am in need of an axle.

Yeah, I didnt even pay attention to the directions of the tires... they were on there very temporarily. And as far as the ratio in the 10B I yanked out, its a 3.42 posi. And yes, Im trying to figure out how to get rid of it.

Nice! What size rims/tires you have going there? Hope you have stiff springs... looks like you might have to get into the fender trimming biz real soon! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The tires are 39.5/18 Boggers on 16.5" wheels. And yeah, those fenders are going to get to know my grinder a lot better, just want to get it lifted first.

Looks good. I'm guessing that's an 8" lift, right? Now who mounted the tires on the rims? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hahahaha That looks like something out of Cartoon Magazine. You might be too young to remember that.
Looks like a Ratfink drawing all it's missing is a monter blower sticking out of the hood.

Oh yeah, new drivelines are going on next week. I still have to tab up exactly how much to lengthen. Its a 9" by the way. 8" Skyjacker with an 1.5" block in the rear (Just accounting for when the springs settle) Same in the front (when its done) with an ORD zero rate 1" in the front. I will keep posting more pictures as my mission continues... Thanksgiving weekend is my goal!!
